Deanna Underwood was born and raised in a small town outside of Buffalo, NY. “Go Bills!” was a frequent cheer of hers. She attended college at SUNY Fredonia, where she received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Communication Disorders and Sciences. After moving to Georgia, she completed her Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont University in 2018.
She and her husband, Brandon Underwood, moved to Georgia in 2013 and have since made Warner Robins their home. They have three beautiful children: Ava, who is five years old; Emory, who is three; and Broc, who is one. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, traveling and exploring new places, spending time with her family and friends, finding new projects for her husband to complete at home, and shopping.
She has been a Speech Pathologist at Feagin Mill Middle School for 10 years. “Go Wolves!” is her supportive shout for her school. She loves her job, finding great fulfillment in helping students communicate and advocate for their wants and needs. Making an influential difference in the daily needs of her students is her top priority.
