Heather received her Associates degree in early childhood education from Macon State College and a Bachelor’s and Master’s in communication Disorders from Valdosta State. She is state and nationally certified in speech-language pathology. Heather worked as an SLP in the Houston County School System for 11 years before working at SenseAbilities.

Deanna Mines

Lead Speech Therapist

Deanna graduated from Valdosta State University with a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology. She worked in the Houston County School System for 16 years before joining SenseAbilities

Tommeria Horton

Speech Therapist

Tommeria graduated from the University of West Georgia with a masters in Speech Language-Pathology in 2021. She started her career in the Fulton County School system where she worked for 2 years before joining SenseAbilities. She has experience in working with various communication disorders. Tommeria enjoys working with children and helping them develop their communication skills. In her free time, Tommeria enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, shopping, and going on nature walks.

Randy Austin

Speech Therapist

Randy is a husband and father of three children. His career as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) has been both fulfilling and challenging. With nearly eight years of experience in both school and private practice settings, Randy is eager to begin working for Senseabilities, Inc. within the Dekalb County School District. Randy is committed to providing exceptional speech and language services across the lifespan to all of his clients. Over the past four years, Randy has become an expert in providing Speech Therapy utilizing teletherapy.  Finaly, Randy enjoys a good meal and is always up for new adventures.

 
 
 
 

Sadie Lloyd

Speech Therapist

Sadie is originally from the small town of Annawan, Illinois. She earned her Master’s degree of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from St. Ambrose University. Recently, she relocated to Warner Robins, Georgia, with her husband and their puppy, Lizzie B. In her free time, Sadie enjoys reading, traveling, kayaking, hiking, playing volleyball, baking, crafting, game nights and spending time with her family and friends. 

Sadie began her career working in a preschool program within the school system, where she gained extensive experience with various communication disorders. She has a passion for working with children, helping them find their voices, and providing families with the support they need to help their children achieve this goal.

 

 
 
 

Maya Bradley

Speech Therapist

Maya graduated with her master’s in Communication Disorders from Valdosta State University in 2021. She holds a deep passion for helping children improve their speech and language abilities. She believes in tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs of each child. She adopts an encouraging approach and strives to empower her clients to express themselves confidently. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies, reading books, and spending time with family. 

Carlye Williams

Speech Therapist

Carlye Williams, M.A., CCC-SLP, is a licensed and ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for helping individuals of all ages improve their communication skills and overall quality of life. With 9 years of clinical experience within the public school system and private practice setting. Carlye is enthusiastic about the opportunity to work with Senseabilities, Inc. and serve students within the DeKalb County School District.

Carlye received a Bachelor of Science degree in 2014 from the University of West Georgia. Carlye attended graduate school at Hampton University where she obtained a Master of Arts degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders in 2016. Since 2016, Carlye has been working as a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist. 

Carlye enjoys exploring new places, traveling,  experimenting in the kitchen, staying organized, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Euniece Barner

Speech Therapist

With a background in education and a passion for helping others find their voice, Euniece brings a unique perspective to speech-language therapy. After seven years as a classroom teacher, she transitioned into the field of speech-language pathology, earning her degree from Valdosta State University. Her experience in education enhances her ability to create therapy sessions that are practical, engaging, and tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Outside the clinic, Euniece is a proud mom to three energetic boys who keep her busy with sports and family adventures. She’s an avid Atlanta Falcons fan, loves getting lost in a great book, and rarely goes anywhere without a podcast or audiobook playing.

Ritzi Villatoro

Speech Therapist

Ritzi, originally from Queens, New York, recently relocated to the area from Boca Raton, Florida. She is fully bilingual, with Spanish as her second language, and is of Honduran descent. Before transitioning into speech therapy, she spent approximately nine years teaching, which provided her with a strong foundation in education and child development.

Ritzi specializes in teletherapy, an approach she finds to be highly interactive with children and effective in supporting their academic and communication skills. She believes teletherapy offers several benefits, including increased flexibility in scheduling, the comfort of learning from familiar environments, and the ability to access therapy services from any location. It also allows for the integration of engaging digital tools and resources, making sessions more dynamic and personalized.

Outside of work, Ritzi enjoys cooking, watching the Mets, and traveling with her family, which includes her husband, two sons, two daughters, and their soon-to-arrive third son!
